摘　　要：为深化贵州现代山地特色高效农业发展,铜仁市大力发展辣椒产业,辣椒已成为全市巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和全面推进乡村振兴的农业主导产业之一,是全市“强村富民”工程的特色优势产业。通过分析铜仁市辣椒生产加工发展现状,并针对产业发展中存在的问题,从加强种质资源的保护利用,提升科技支撑能力,扩大标准化生产,提升加工附加值,健全产业链,培育龙头企业和打造核心竞争力等方面提出相应对策建议,以期为铜仁市辣椒产业可持续健康发展提供参考。In order to promote the development of modern mountainous and efficient characteristic agricultural industries in Guizhou,Tongren City attaches great importance to the development of the chili industry.The chili industry has become one of the leading agricultural industries in the city to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.It is a characteristic and advantageous industry that promotes the realization of"strengthening rural communities and increasing farmers’incomes".This paper analyzes the current status of chili production and processing development in Tongren City,explored existing issues,and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as strengthening the protection and utilization of germplasm resources,enhancing scientific and technological support capacity support ability,expanding standardized production,increasing processing added value,improving the industrial chain,cultivating leading enterprises,and building core competitiveness,with the aim of providing references for the sustainable and healthy development of the chili industry in Tongren City.
