摘　　要：随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展和建设“服务型”政府、推动数字化改革要求的不断提高,传统政务服务模式难以应对当前高效率、高质量服务需求的挑战。本文深入探讨了人工智能(AI)技术在自然资源政务服务中的应用路径,分析了江苏省自然资源政务服务的现状与挑战,提出利用AI问答、AI填报及AI信息公开等数据应用策略推进政务服务智能化的具体方案,通过建设用地审查事项的实例分析,详细阐述了AI技术在自然资源政务服务中的场景应用。研究表明,AI技术在提高政务服务质效、优化政务服务流程、提升用户体验方面具有巨大潜力,加强AI技术在自然资源政务服务中的应用研究对于推动政务服务现代化、智能化具有重要意义。With the rapid development of new-generation information technology and the increasing demand for building a"service-oriented"government and promoting digital reform,traditional government service models have difficulties in meeting the current demands for efficient and high-quality services.This article explores the application path of AI technology in natural resources government services.It analyzes the current status and challenges in natural resources government services and proposes specific solutions to promote the intelligentization of government services by utilizing AI question-answering,AI filling,and AI information disclosure and other data application strategies.Finally,through a case study of construction land examination,the specific application and effect of AI technology in the field of natural resources government services are elaborated.The research shows that AI technology can not only effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of government services but also optimize the process of government services and enhance user experience.Therefore,strengthening the research and application of AI technology in the field of natural resources government services is of great significance for promoting the modernization and intelligence of government services.
