摘　　要：《摆脱贫困》人民性思想彰显了中国共产党人的初心使命,具体表现为以“为官一场,造福一方”为主线,以搭“桥”铺“路”、发展经济为中心,强调四下基层、领导上门走访、走群众路线、从严治党、为民办实事,重视从弱鸟先飞、滴水穿石、闽东之光等哲学与文化精神视角出发,引领群众思想脱贫。在中国式现代化进程中,我们必须深入解读《摆脱贫困》人民性思想,有效巩固脱贫成果,不断摆脱新“贫困”,全面推进乡村振兴,实现全体人民共同富裕。The people-oriented thought in Getting Rid of Poverty shows the original mission of the Chinese Communists, and highlights the main line of “being an official and bringing benefit to one side”, emphasizing the important measures of maintaining close ties with the people at the grass-roots level, through visits by leaders, through the Mass line, exercising strict governance over the party, and working for the people, from the perspective of philosophy and cultural spirit, such as “the weak bird flies first”, “dripping water cuts through stone” and “the light of the east of Fujian”, people's thoughts will be lifted out of poverty. In the process of Chinesestyle modernization, we must thoroughly interpret the thought of people-oriented in Getting Rid of Poverty, effectively consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication, constantly shake off the new “Poverty”, and work hard to promote the revitalization of the countryside, and thus achieve common prosperity.
