摘　　要：非哺乳期乳腺炎(NPM)是一类复杂的难治性乳腺炎症类疾病,其确切的病因病机尚不清楚,常规西医治疗副作用大、复发率高、创伤大,严重影响患者的身心健康;中医治疗本病疗效明确,既保证了NPM高痊愈率和低复发率的同时也兼顾了减少疼痛、保护乳房外观,展现出广阔的应用前景和优势。现将近年来中医药治疗NPM应用现状进行综合分析,以期青年医师的临床诊疗提供更优的选择。Non-puerperal mastitis(NPM)is a complex and difficult to treat inflammatory disease of the breast,and its exact etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear.Conventional Western medical treatment has significant side effects,high recurrence rates,and signiciant trauma,severely affiecting the physical and mental health of patients;Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a clear therapeutic efficacy on this disease,ensuring high cure rate and low recurrence rate of NPM while also reducing pain and protecting appearance of the breast,demonstrating broad application prospects and advantages.This article comprehensively analyzes the current application status of TCM in the treatment of NPM in recent years,in order to provide better choices for clinical diagnosis and treatment of young physicians.
