镇肝熄风汤及其单味药治疗帕金森病的研究进展

摘　　要：帕金森病为常见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,多发于中老年人群,目前该病逐渐趋于年轻化。镇肝熄风汤是治疗帕金森病经典名方,具有滋阴潜阳、镇肝熄风及止颤安神之效。经研究发现,镇肝熄风汤可通过方中牛膝、白芍、生龙骨、生牡蛎等药物的抗炎、抗氧化应激及促进神经干细胞增殖的机制达到保护神经元进而治疗帕金森病的作用。以期为帕金森病临床诊疗提供理论基础与依据,发挥中医药治疗优势。Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the central nervous system,which is more common in middle-aged and elderly people,and currently the disease is gradually becoming younger.Zhengan Xifeng Decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of Parkinson's disease,which has the effects of nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang,suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,and shive-stopping and tranquillization.Through research,it is found that Zhengan Xifeng Decoction can protect neurons and treat Parkinson's disease by utilizing the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant stress,and promotion of the neural stem cell proliferation mechanisms of drugs such as twotoothed achyranthes root,white peony root,bone fossil of big mammals,and oyster shell in the formula,in order to provide theoretical basis and basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
