摘　　要：心力衰竭由于其病理生理学复杂、发病率和患病率高,仍然是公众关注的主要问题。半乳糖凝集素-3是一种由活化的巨噬细胞产生的新型生物标志物,其被认为与心力衰竭的诊断、治疗和预后密切相关。文章主要对半乳糖凝集素-3与心力衰竭相关性研究进展进行综述以期阐明其致病涉及的分子机制及相关信号通路,旨在为研究者进一步探讨半乳糖凝集素-3在心力衰竭中的作用机制、诊断价值、预后评估以及推动研发相关药物提供理论依据。Heart failure remains a major public concern due to its complex pathophysiology,high incidence and prevalence.Galecti n-3 is a novel biomarker produced by activated macrophages,which is believed to be closely related to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of heart failure.This article mainly reviews the research progress on the correlation between galectin-3 and heart failure,in order to clarify the molecular mechanism and related signaling pathways involved in its pathogenesis.The aim is to provide relevant theoretical basis for researchers to further explore the mechanism of action,diagnostic value,prognosis evaluation and promote the development of related drugs.
