摘 要:针对整体叶盘复杂扭曲的叶栅通道,提出了一种柔性螺旋管电极电解加工方法,通过在加工中对柔性螺旋管电极施加载荷,使其产生可控的弯曲变形,利用其侧壁作为加工面进行切割式电解,从而实现复杂型面的电解加工。对柔性螺旋管电极的结构进行了设计与优化,探究了电极结构参数对其弹性、刚度和流场性能的影响,通过有限元仿真的方法得到了优化后的电极结构参数,进行开式和闭式工件的电解加工试验,获得表面粗糙度约为Ra1.3μm的叶盆和叶背型面,验证了方法的可行性。A flexible helical tube electrode electrochemical machining method was proposed for the complex twisted blade channels of the disk.During the machining,applying a load to the flexible helical tube electrode results in a controlled bending deformation,which enables the precise electrochemical machining of complex geometrical surfaces by utilizing its sidewall as the machining surface for the cut-in style of electrochemical machining.The structure of the flexible helical tube electrode was designed and optimized,and the influences of electrode structure parameters on its elasticity,stiffness and flow field performance were explored.The optimized electrode structure parameters were obtained through finite element simulation,and experiments were conducted on open and closed workpieces.The blade basins and back profiles with a surface roughness of approximately Ra1.3 μm were obtained,verifying the feasibility of the method.
