摘  要:针对超高温铝基碳化硅材料热电偶保护套管椎体外壳加工难题,开展了回转电火花-电解-化学复合加工工艺研究,通过研究电极转速、工件转速、电解液配比对材料去除率、相对电极损耗率和工件表面重铸层厚度的影响,并经工艺试验以最优参数加工出体积分数为55%的铝基碳化硅复合材料,获得长度为18.67 mm、小端直径为2.6 mm、大端直径为12 mm、锥度为1∶2的无重铸层锥形外表面,初步验证了回转电火花-电解-化学复合加工工艺应用于超高温铝基碳化硅材料热电偶保护套管椎体外壳加工的可行性。A study was conducted on the rotary electrochemical discharge-chemical composite machining(RECDM-CM) of silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites(SiC_p/Al)to address the machining difficulties of the cone shell of the ultra-high temperature SiC_p/Al thermocouple protection tube.The effects of electrode rotation speed,workpiece rotation speed,and electrolyte ratio on material removal rate,relative tool wear rate,and surface recast layer thickness of the workpiece were studied.The optimal parameters obtained through experiments were used to process55% volume fraction SiC_p/Al composites,and a conical outer surface without a recast layer with a length of 18.67 mm,a small end diameter of 2.6 mm,a large end diameter of 12 mm,and a taper of 1∶2was obtained.This preliminarily verified the feasibility of RECDM-CM for processing the cone shell of the ultra-high temperature SiC_p/Al thermocouple protection tube.
