摘  要:【目的】为提高苗木品质,满足山矾资源恢复的需要。【方法】以4 cm×10 cm的无纺布袋容器进行山矾插穗扦插繁殖试验,比较通用型育苗基质、黄心土、本田土3种基质和4月、5月、6月3种扦插时间对山矾插穗生根指标的变化。【结果】4月份在不同基质中扦插生根率通用型育苗基质93.2%、黄心土85.2%、本田土71.4%;须根数量通用型育苗基质9.86条、黄心土9.12条、本田土5.44条;须根长度通用型育苗基质6.72 cm、黄心土5.94 cm、本田土4.66 cm;不同时间扦插在通用型育苗基质中插穗生根率4月95.4%、5月93.8%、6月90.2%;须根数量4月10.04条、5月9.32条、6月8.41条;须根长度4月7.1 cm、5月6.6 cm、6月6.0 cm。【结论】山矾扦插繁殖以无纺布袋为容器,用通用型育苗基质,于4月下旬扦插效果更佳。[Objective]In order to improve the quality of seedlings and meet the needs of resource restora-tion of Symplocos sumuntia.[Method]Using 4 cm×10 cm non-woven bag container to carry out cuttings propagation experiment,the changes of rooting index of cuttings of Symplocos sumuntia were compared between three substrates of Universal nursery medium,Huangxin soil and Honda earth and three times of cuttings in April,May and June.[Result]In April,the rooting rate of cuttings in different substrates was 93.2%in universal nursery medium,85.2%in Huangxin soil and 71.4%in Honda earth.The number of fibrous root was 9.86,9.12 and 5.44,respectively.The fibrous root length was 6.72 cm,5.94 cm,4.66 cm,respectively.The rooting rate of cuttings in the general seedling breeding medium at different times was 95.4%in April,93.8%in May and 90.2%in June.The number of fibrous roots was 10.04 in April,9.32 in May and 8.41 in June.The length of the root was 7.1 cm in April,6.6 cm in May and 6.0 cm in June.[Conclusion]Using non-woven bag as container and universal seedling breeding medium,the cuttage propagation of Symplocos sumuntia was better in late April.
