摘　　要：科技成果登记和统计是科技成果管理的一项基础性工作,开展成果登记数据的系统分析,能够为科技管理相关政策的制定提供参考依据。本文对2023年自然资源部科技成果的数量、来源、完成单位、完成人员、知识产权、行业分布等方面进行了统计分析,反映科技成果、科技人才、成果转化应用等相关情况。研究表明,自然资源领域的科研人员对科技成果登记的重视程度在逐步提升,科研人员以中青年和中级以上职称为主,但研究类别主要集中于应用技术成果,未开展科技成果评价的成果数量较多。建议继续加大对基础研究的投入,进一步加强对科技成果评价的重视。The registration and statistics of scientific and technological achievements is a basic work in the management of scientific and technological achievements.Conducting an overall analysis of achievement registration data can provide a reference for the formulation of policies related to scientific and technological management.This paper conducts statistical analysis on the quantity,sources,completion units,completion personnel,intellectual property rights,industry distribution,and other aspects of scientific and technological achievements of Ministry of Natural Resources in 2023,to reflect the relevant situation of scientific and technological achievements,scientific and technological talents,and transformation and application of achievements.The results show that researchers in the field of natural resources are gradually increasing their attention to the registration of scientific and technological achievements.The majority of researchers are middle-aged and young people with intermediate or higher professional titles,but the research categories mainly focus on applied technological achievements,and there are a large number of achievements that have not been evaluated.It is suggested that it is necessary to continue to increase investment in basic research and pay more attention to the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
