摘　　要：边境地区作为特殊类型地区,是我国实施区域协调发展战略的重要区域,在现代国家治理中占有重要地位。本文从自然资源视角出发,诠释了新时代我国边境地区的战略定位,从维护国土安全、守护生态安全、经济对外开放、区域协调发展等四个方面阐述了边境地区的重要作用;分析了边境地区经济社会发展的分异特征,提出优化边境县主体功能定位,加强土地要素保障,加大矿产资源勘查开发力度,挖掘发展优势生态产业等自然要素保障措施,以促进边境地区高质量发展。As a special type of region,border areas are important areas for China to implement regional coordinated development strategies and play an important role in modern national governance.This paper interprets the strategic positioning of China's border areas in the new era from the perspective of natural resources,and expounds the important role of border areas from four aspects:maintaining national security,safeguarding ecological security,opening up the economy to the outside world,and promoting regional coordinated development.This paper analyzes the dfferentiated characteristics of economic and social development in border areas,and proposes to optimize the dominant functional positioning of border counties,strengthen land element protection,increase the exploration and development of mineral resources,and explore natural element protection measures such as developing advantageous ecological industries,in order to promote high-quality development in border areas.
