摘 要:港口集装箱装卸工作主要依靠起重机完成,但传统起重机由柴油提供动力源,效率低且排放有害气体,锂电池组作为起重机的动力源可以减少环境污染。为提高电池组使用寿命,设计起重机大功率锂电池组管理系统(BMS),以STM32F103单片机为核心,采用电压被动均衡技术,实时监测锂电池的电压、电流和温度的状态信息,根据监测信息进行锂电池组的剩余电量(SOC)估算以及故障诊断和报警,相应的数据通过网络传送和现场实时显示。在某港口起重机上通过现场试验,证明了电池管理系统的有效性。The loading and unloading of port containers mainly depends on cranes.However,traditional cranes are powered by diesel,which has low efficiency and a large lot of harmful gases.As the power source of cranes,lithium battery pack can greatly reduce envi-ronmental pollution.In order to improve the service life of the battery pack,a crane high-power lithium battery pack management system(BMS)is designed.Taking STM32f103 single chip microcomputer as the core,the passive voltage equalization technolo-gy is used to monitor the status information of the voltage,current and temperature of the lithium battery in real time.According to the monitoring information,the remaining power(SOC)estimation of the lithium battery pack,as well as fault diagnosis and alarm,are carried out.According to the monitoring information,the remaining power(SOC)of the lithium battery pack is estimat-ed,and fault diagnosis and alarm are realized,and the corresponding data is transmitted to the network and displayed in real time on site.Finally,the effectiveness of the battery management system is proved by the field test on a port crane.
