摘  要:变电站通信蓄电池的核容放电模式响应效率较低、安全性较弱、劳动强度较高,为此,提出新型通信蓄电池远程管理系统。利用远程充放电方法,改变外接式负载放电方式,利用直流负载对蓄电池进行能量消耗;采用单片机对本地系统进行充放电参数调节,通过系统软件实现对充放电过程的远程监控,分析蓄电池运行状况;设置多种故障响应,实现远程中断放电操作。实验结果表明系统响应效率高、安全性强,有效实现蓄电池远程充放电控制,为变电站蓄电池运维提供智能化支持。The nuclear capacity discharge mode of communication battery in substation has low response efficiency,weak security and high labor intensity.Therefore,a new communication battery remote management system is proposed.The remote charging and dis-charging method is used to change the external load discharging mode,and the DC load is used to consume the energy of the bat-tery.The charging and discharging parameters of the local system are adjusted by a single chip microcomputer,and the charging and discharging process is monitored remotely by the system software to analyze the battery operation status.Multiple fault re-sponses are set to realize remote interruption of discharge operation.The experimental results show that the system has high re-sponse efficiency and strong security,effectively realizes the remote charging and discharging control of the battery,and provides intelligent support for the operation and maintenance of the battery in the substation.
