摘  要:在煤矿通风量的调节工作中,面对复杂的工况,调节方法适应性比较差,存在一定的调节延迟和风量误差。提出基于自调整模糊分析的煤矿通风量调节方法。计算风机的各项工作参数,确定风量初值,利用自调整模糊分析技术建立模糊控制器,将风机各项参数作为输入量,经过模糊处理、模糊决策等流程,计算需风量,同时建立煤矿通风系统能耗方程,以能耗最低为目的,结合需风量计算结果,调节煤矿通风量。实验结果表明:面对不同的工况,提出的调节方法在风量调节上相对误差小,调节延迟低速度快,在实际应用上具有良好的适应性。In the regulation of coal mine ventilation,in the face of complex working conditions,the adaptability of the regulation method is poor,and there are certain adjustment delays and air volume errors.A method of coal mine ventilation regulation based on self-ad-justing fuzzy analysis is proposed.It calculates the working parameters of the fan,determines the initial value of the air volume,establishes a fuzzy controller using the self-adjusting fuzzy analysis technology,takes the parameters of the fan as the input,calcu-lates the air demand through fuzzy processing,fuzzy decision-making and other processes,and establishes the energy consump-tion program of the coal mine ventilation system,so as to adjust the coal mine ventilation volume with the lowest energy con-sumption as the purpose,combined with the calculation results of the air demand.The experimental results show that the pro-posed regulation method has small relative error in air volume regulation,low regulation delay and fast regulation speed under different working conditions,and has good adaptability in practical application.
