提升高校党员干部调查研究能力探析

摘　　要：调查研究是中国共产党的传家宝,是党员干部做好各项工作的基本功。提升高校党员干部调查研究能力是高校贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要举措,是高校加快推进高等教育综合改革的重要保障,是加强高校党员干部队伍作风建设的重要途径,是高校推动教育事业高质量发展的重要方法。新时代,高校党员干部的调查研究能力面临突出问题:在思想层面,调查研究目的不明晰;在方法层面,调查研究方法欠科学;在制度层面,调查研究保障不健全。提升高校党员干部调查研究能力,必须明确调查研究目的,掌握科学的调查研究方法,推动调查研究成果转化。Investigation and research are the heirlooms of the CPC and the basic skills of Party members and cadres to do a good job in various work.Enhancing the investigation and research capabilities of Party members and cadres is an important measure for colleges and universities to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,an important guarantee for colleges and universities to accelerate the comprehensive reform of higher education,an important way to improve Party conduct in colleges and universities,as well as an important approach for colleges and universities to promote the high-quality development of education.The investigation and research capabilities of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities in the new era face multiple challenges.At the ideological level,the purpose of investigation and research is not clear.At the methodological level,the investigation and research methods are not scientific enough.At the institutional level,the institutional safeguards for conducting investigations and research are not well-developed.To enhance the investigation and research capabilities of Party members and cadres in colleges and universities,it is necessary to clarify the investigation and research objectives,master scientific investigation and research methods,and promote the transformation of investigation and research results.
