摘 要:目的设计一套乳腺血氧监测系统,并探究校准算法,确保其能准确反映乳腺组织的血氧饱和度。方法基于近红外漫射光谱技术设计一套三波长(660、805和904 nm)四通道乳腺血氧监测系统;采用与人体吸收和散射特性相近的固态仿体作为校准工具,设计校准算法;针对每个通道光源-探测器远、近两端光强值,利用实验所得标准值作为参考,并通过调整各通道的光强值参数,实现血氧仪校准。结果实验结果显示,固态仿体的吸收系数与不同通道的光强值均具有良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.98,P<0.001)。Bland-Altman分析显示,校准后的自制血氧仪与商用血氧仪在大多数测量点的差异落在95%一致性界限内,无显著系统偏差。结论本研究开发的系统及校准算法是近红外漫射光乳腺疾病早期监测的必需步骤。实验证实,该方法提高了血氧测量的精确性,为医疗诊断和治疗提供了参考依据。Objective To design a breast blood oxygen monitoring system and explore calibration algorithms to ensure accurate reflection of breast tissue blood oxygen saturation.Methods A four-channel breast blood oxygen monitoring system with three wavelengths(660,805 and 904 nm)was designed based on near-infrared diffuse optical spectroscopy technology.A solid-state phantom with human tissue-mimic absorption and scattering properties was fabricated as a calibration tool,and the calibration algorithms were designed.According to the light intensity values of the far and near ends of each channel light source and detector,the standard values obtained by experiments were used as reference,and the light intensity parameters of each channel were adjusted to achieve the calibration of the oximeter.Results The experimental results showed that the absorption coefficient of solid phantom had a good linear relationship with the light intensity values of different channels(R^(2)>0.98,P<0.001).Bland-Altman analysis showed that the difference between the calibrated lab-made and commercial oximeters at most measurement points fell within the 95%agreement limit with no significant system bias.Conclusion The system and calibration algorithm developed in this study are necessary steps for the early monitoring of breast diseases with near-infrared diffuse optical spectroscopy.The experimental results show that this method improves the accuracy of blood oxygen measurement,and provides a reference for medical diagnosis and treatment.
