摘 要:目的探究射波刀感兴趣区(Region of Interest,ROI)Width大小对脊柱追踪精度和相关参数的影响。方法模拟临床治疗,将模体进行CT模拟定位并勾画靶区设计物理计划;选择不同的ROI Width大小,手动引入误差模拟人体运动进行拍片,记录摆位误差及相关参数(dxAB、drAB、FalseNode)。结果不同大小的ROI Width对脊柱追踪的平移误差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但对仰俯角度轴旋转误差差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);dxAB、drAB与ROI Width差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FalseNode(FalseNodeA/FalseNodeB)随着ROI Width的增大而增大,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用射波刀进行脊柱追踪治疗肿瘤时,选择50 mm的ROI Width可实现更高精度的治疗。Objective To explore the effect of the region of interest(ROI)Width of CyberKnife on the accuracy of spine tracking and related parameters.Methods To simulate clinical treatment,the model was simulated by CT and the physical plan of target area design was sketched.Different ROI Width sizes were selected.Errors were introduced manually to simulate human movement for shooting.Positioning errors and related parameters(dxAB,drAB,FalseNode)were recorded.Results ROI Width of different sizes had no significant difference in translation error of spine tracking(P>0.05),but had significant difference in rotation error of tilt Angle axis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in dxAB,drAB and ROI Width(P>0.05).FalseNode(FalseNodeA/FalseNodeB)increased with the increase of ROI Width,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ROI Width of 50 mm can achieve higher precision when using CyberKnife for spinal tracking treatment of tumor.
