摘　　要：目的探讨正电子发射断层显像/X射线计算机断层扫描(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography,PET/CT)设备的临床可用性,探索该类设备的临床可用性评价方法。方法基于操作任务以层次分析法构建评价指标体系,通过计算专家权威系数和评价指标权重获得各评价指标的量化评分。以调查问卷的方式收集临床实操技师或医师对PET/CT可用性的评价打分。结果完成可用性问卷评分67份,总体可用性评分为93.99分,最高得分为PET无源质控指标,得分94.66分,最低为球管预热接口指标,得分92.84分,各组评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),设备可用性良好。结论基于设备主要操作任务及使用场景建立的PET/CT设备的临床可用性评价指标体系可以用于评价PET/CT设备的临床可用性。通过建立专家库、计算专家权威系数、计算评价指标权重的方式获得的调查问卷评分为探索PET/CT设备的临床可用性提供了数据支撑和重要参考依据。Objective To discuss the clinical usability of positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)equipment and explore methods for evaluating its clinical usability.Methods An evaluation index system was constructed based on operational tasks and the analytic hierarchy process.The quantitative scores of each evaluation index were obtained by calculating the expert authority coefficient and the weight of the evaluation index,and the evaluation scores were collected by clinical technicians and doctors on the usability of PET/CT through a survey questionnaire.Results This study completed 67 usability questionnaire scores,with an overall usability score of 93.99.The highest usability score was 94.66 for PET passive quality control and the lowest was 92.84 for tube preheating interface.There was no significant difference in scores among the groups(P>0.05).The overall system usability performance was good.Conclusion The clinical usability evaluation index system of PET/CT equipment established in this study based on the main operating tasks and usage scenarios of the equipment can be used to evaluate the clinical usability of PET/CT equipment.The survey questionnaire scores obtained by establishing an expert database,calculating expert authority coefficients,and calculating evaluation index weights provide data support and important reference for exploring the clinical usability of PET/CT equipment.
