摘　　要：目的建立医学影像装备适用性验证信息收集与分析平台,探讨医学影像装备功能及效果、设备性能、可靠性、服务保障性、可用性、使用效率等方面的评价分析方法。方法以设备真实世界数据为基础,通过数据采集、数据治理、数据分析、数据传输等流程,建立有效的信息收集与分析机制。结果收集与分析平台有效采集了包括数字X线摄影设备、CT、MR、正电子发射断层显像/X射线计算机断层扫描、正电子发射计算机断层显像/核磁共振成像(Positron Emission Tomography/Magnetic Resonance Imaging,PET/MR)等大型医学影像设备数据,对设备运行数据进行分析,为院内运营管理提出建议,并有效提高了PET/MR设备可用度(2.6%)。结论平台解决了设备临床适用性研究工作面临的数据采集难与分析评价难两大问题,为医院管理及国产医学影像设备发展提供有力的数据支持。Objective To establish a platform for collecting and analyzing information on the applicability verification of medical imaging equipment,and explore evaluation and analysis methods for the functions and effects,equipment performance,reliability,service guarantee,availability,and service efficiency of medical imaging equipment.Methods Based on real-world data of the equipment,an effective information collection and analysis mechanism was established through processes such as data acquisition,data governance,data analysis and data transmission.Results The collection and analysis platform effectively collected data from large-scale medical imaging equipment including digital radiography,CT,MR,positron emission tomography/computed tomography,positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging(PET/MR),etc.,analyzed the equipment operation data,provided suggestions for hospital operation management,and effectively improved the availability of PET/MR equipment(2.6%).Conclusion The platform solves the two major problems of data acquisition and analysis evaluation in clinical applicability research of equipment,provides strong data support for hospital management and the development of domestic medical imaging equipment.
