网格化管理、医院信息化技术为一体的管理模式在医疗设备管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析网格化管理、医院信息化技术为一体的管理模式在医疗设备管理中的应用效果。方法将中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2022年1—12月在传统管理模式下管理的500台医疗设备设为对照组,将2023年1—12月在网格化管理、医院信息化技术为一体管理模式下管理的500台医疗设备设为观察组。通过完善管理体系、划分网格区域、强化质量控制、信息化建设来改进观察组的设备管理流程。比较2组设备故障率、检验合格率、维修响应时间、故障排除时间、管理质量评分、每月维修费用、医护人员满意度。结果观察组设备故障率显著低于对照组,检验合格率显著高于对照组,维修响应时间、故障排除时间均显著低于对照组,管理质量评分均显著高于对照组,每月维修费用显著低于对照组,医护人员满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网格化管理、医院信息化技术为一体的管理模式可有效降低设备故障率,提高检验合格率及维修效率,降低维修费用,提高医护人员满意度,值得借鉴推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of the management mode that integrates grid management and hospital information technology in medical equipment management.Methods A total of 500 medical devices managed by The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January to December 2022 under the traditional management mode were set as the control group,and a total of 500 medical devices managed by the management mode integrating grid management and hospital information technology from January to December 2023 were set as the observation group.The equipment management process of the observation group was improved by improving the management system,dividing the grid area,strengthening the quality control and information construction.The failure rate,inspection pass rate,maintenance response time,troubleshooting time,management quality score,monthly maintenance cost and medical staff satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The equipment failure rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the inspection pass rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the maintenance response time and troubleshooting time were significantly lower than that of the control group,the management quality score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the monthly maintenance cost was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of medical staff was significantly higher,with all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode that integrates grid management and hospital information technology can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment,improve the inspection pass rate and maintenance efficiency,reduce maintenance costs,improve the medical staff satisfaction,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
