摘 要:针对某新能源汽车变速箱齿轮近场振动噪声水平过高的情况,利用Romax软件建立齿轮传动系统动力学模型,采用基于熵权法的特定工况齿轮综合修形方法,求得综合工况下的理论修形范围。基于遗传算法进行修形参数优化,得到最佳修形量。通过与修形前的齿轮系统仿真对比,结果表明:修形后齿面偏载与应力集中问题得到缓解,其中齿面最大接触应力降低了23.48%、最大传递误差激励降低了39.04%、齿轮近场综合加速度响应最大降低了51.12%,有效降低了齿轮近场振动噪声水平。With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry,consumers have become increasingly demanding regarding ride comfort.The overall noise,vibration,and harshness(NVH)performance of a vehicle has emerged as a critical evaluation criterion.Among many factors,the near-field vibration and noise levels of the transmission gears,as the core component for power transfer,directly influence the driving experience.We aim to address the challenge of excessively high near-field vibration and noise levels in the gearbox of a specific NEV model by exploring effective optimization strategies that provide essential technical support to improve the overall NVH performance.Romax Designer R18 software is utilized to build a dynamic model of the gear transmission system,encompassing critical elements such as gears,shafts,bearings,and the housing.Simulation conditions are set based on typical driving scenarios including start-up,acceleration,constant speed,and deceleration for this particular vehicle model.Load spectra and dynamic speed change data under these scenarios are analyzed by using the entropy weight method,which assigns weights according to the degree and significance of each scenario’s impact on gear performance,thereby determining the theoretical modification range and strategy under comprehensive conditions.Finally,genetic algorithms are applied to deeply optimize the modification parameters,integrating modifications along the tooth direction and profile as well as the shape of the modification curve.A fitness function is generated by weighting multiple performance indicators of the gear system,such as vibration acceleration,tooth surface contact stress,and gear meshing transmission error.Through iterative calculations,the optimal modification amounts are obtained.By employing Romax software,we build a dynamic model of the transmission system for an NEV.With the consideration of various factors influencing gear mesh deformation,including system vibration acceleration,tooth surface contact stress,and gear
