摘 要:针对传统HPMSM模型难以精确描述电机谐波特性的问题,提出了一种计及谐波特征的HPMSM数字孪生建模方法。通过绕组函数和磁场分析得到带有谐波特性的HPMSM参数模型,并基于d-q旋转坐标系建立了HPMSM运行状态模型,推导出各电气量的表达式。仿真和实验结果表明,构建的数字孪生仿真平台能够有效揭示HPMSM的空间谐波特性,为精确分析永磁同步电机及其控制系统提供了一种快速有效的建模方法。Addressing the difficulty of traditional HPMSM models in accurately describing motor harmonic characteristics,we propose a digital twin modeling method for HPMSM considering harmonic characteristics.By analyzing the winding function and magnetic field,a parameter model of HPMSM with harmonic characteristics is obtained.An operational state model of HPMSM is then built based on the d-q rotating coordinate system and expressions for various electrical quantities are derived.Our simulation and experimental results show the proposed digital twin simulation platform effectively reveals the spatial harmonic characteristics of HPMSM,providing a fast and efficient general modeling method for the accurate analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motors and their control systems.
