摘 要:针对储层钻井过程中漏失封堵与解堵难以兼顾的技术难题,研制了一种热致膨胀型原位生酸暂堵剂,并对其结构和性能进行了分析,评价了其与无黏土水基钻井液的配伍性。结果表明,其具有球形结构,D50为16.91μm,起始膨胀温度T_(start)为134.75℃,最大膨胀温度T_(max)为197.77℃,表面亲水且带负电荷。加入1%~3%暂堵剂后,钻井液流变性变化不大,滤失量减小,表明其与无黏土水基钻井液配伍性较好。漏失封堵与解堵实验结果表明,其可在钻井阶段发生弹性变形与常规刚性封堵材料协同提高暂堵层承压能力。在完井阶段可释放羧酸酯,借助羧酸酯水解生成的羧酸溶蚀暂堵层,有助于降低油气井生产阶段的反排压力。该研究为储层高效暂堵与自解堵提供了一种新的方法和技术思路。Aiming at the technical problem that it is difficult to combine plugging and plugging removal in the process of reservoir drilling,the thermally expandable in-situ acid generating temporary plugging agent has been developed.The structure of the temporary plugging agent was analyzed and the effect of its plugging and plugging removal was evaluated.Its compatibility with clay-free water-based drilling fluid was analyzed.The results show that it has a spherical structure with a D 50 of 16.91μm.The initial expansion temperature T start was 134.75℃,the maximum expansion temperature T max was 197.77℃,and the surface was hydrophilic and negatively charged.After adding 1%~3%of the temporary plugging agent,the rheology of the water-based drilling fluid did not change much and the filtration loss decreased,which indicated its good compatibility with the drilling fluid.The experimental results of plugging and plugging removal show that it can improve the pressure-bearing capacity of the temporary plugging layer in the drilling stage by elastic deformation in synergy with conventional rigid plugging materials.In the completion stage,the carboxylic acid ester can be released,and the carboxylic acid generated from the hydrolysis of the carboxylic acid ester can dissolve the temporary plugging layer,which can help reduce the backflow pressure in the production stage of oil and gas wells.This study provides a new method and technical idea for efficient temporary plugging and self-removal of plugging of reservoir formations.
