摘  要:使用对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,催化异丙醇和异硬脂酸发生酯化反应生成异硬脂酸异丙醇酯。通过单因素优化实验研究反应时间、反应温度、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量对异硬脂酸酯化率的影响,并通过正交实验得到较优的实验条件:反应时间6 h,反应温度80℃,酸醇摩尔比1∶8,催化剂用量1%,异硬脂酸酯化率超过94%。通过傅里叶红外光谱检测,证明该反应酯化程度较高。酯化粗产物经过提纯除酸、去除过量异丙醇后,测量了异硬脂酸异丙醇酯产品的运动黏度、闪点、倾点和折光率等指标,与进口产品对比,有望实现进口产品替代。Using p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst,the esterification reaction of isopropanol and isostearic acid is catalyzed to isopropanol isostearate.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,acid-alcohol molar ratio and catalyst dosage on the isostearate esterification rate were studied by single factor optimization experiments,and the optimal experimental conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiments:the reaction time was 6 h,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the acid-alcohol molar ratio was 1∶8,the catalyst dosage was 1%,and the isostearate esterification rate was more than 94%.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the reaction had a high degree of esterification.After the esterified crude product was purified to remove acid and remove excess isopropanol,the kinematic viscosity,flash point,pour point and refractive index of isopropanol isostearate were measured,which can be used as a substitute compared with imported products.
