摘 要:为改善近井地带油污泥堵塞、致密低渗油藏注水开发效果,以天津大港油污泥为样本,设计了7种不同酸对油污泥的酸蚀实验,结果显示HCl对油污泥具有较好的酸蚀能力;再对以石英、碳酸盐岩、长石为主的四处地区天然岩心粉末进行酸蚀研究,结果表明甲酸在60℃环境下对Ca^(2+)和Al^(3+)、K^(+)、Na^(+)的溶解总量要大于其余有机酸,优选出盐酸与甲酸的酸液主体;通过对传统缓速剂AEO-9、1631、SDS和实验室自制两性双子表面活性剂的界面张力、乳化和润湿性能测试,优选了两性双子表面活性剂2162作为缓速酸助剂。最终将优选酸与2162复配,得到配方为:15%盐酸+5%甲酸+0.3%2162两性表面活性剂。在60℃条件下,该体系对天然岩心具有较好的缓速能力,对N80钢的缓蚀率达96.74%。In order to improve the effect of oil sludge clogging in the near-well zone and water injection development in dense low-permeability reservoirs,the acid corrosion experiments of seven different acids on oil sludge were designed using the oil sludge in Dagang,Tianjin,as a sample,and the results showed that HCl has a better acid corrosion ability on oil sludge;then acid etching study on quartz,carbonate rock,feldspar dominated by four areas of natural core powder,the results show that formic acid at 60℃ environment on Ca^(2+)and Al^(3+),K^(+),Na^(+)dissolved total than the rest of the organic acid,preferably hydrochloric acid and formic acid acid body;by testing the interfacial tension,emulsification and wetting properties of conventional retardants AEO-9,1631,SDS and laboratory-made amphoteric bilayer surfactants,amphoteric bilayer surfactant 2162 was preferred as a retardant acid additive.Finally,the preferred acid was compounded with 2162 to obtain a formulation of 15% hydrochloric acid+5% formic acid+0.3%2162 amphoteric surfactant.Under the condition of 60℃,the system had a good retardation effect on natural rock cores,and also had a corrosion inhibition rate of 96.74% on N80 steel.
