摘  要:针对玉门油田宁庆区块在钻井过程中遇到井壁垮塌、漏失等问题,通过室内优化钻井液中各处理剂加量,评价了钻井液的抑制性能、失水造壁性能、封堵能力,利用阳离子钻井液强抑制性和可形成高质量泥饼的特性,研究形成了一套适合宁庆天然气定直井钻井施工的低固相阳离子聚合物钻井液配方:6%膨润土+0.2%CHM+1%HS-1+1%HS-2+2%RLQ-2+石灰石粉(适量)。该配方具有良好的封堵造壁性能和抑制性能,其抗温、抗污染等性能均满足要求,应用到李庄23井,防止了刘家沟组等地层漏失,抑制了石千峰-石盒子组泥岩水化坍塌,有效解决宁庆区块的塌漏问题。In view of the problems such as wall collapse and leakage encountered during drilling in Ningqing block of Yumen oilfield,the inhibition performance,water-loss wall building performance and plugging ability of drilling fluid were evaluated through indoor optimization of the addition of each treatment agent in drilling fluid,and the strong inhibition and high quality mud cake characteristics of cationic drilling fluid were utilized.A set of low solid phase cationic polymer drilling fluid formula suitable for the drilling of Ningqing natural gas fixed vertical well was developed:6%bentonite+0.2%CHM+1%HS-1+1%HS-2+2%RLQ-2+limestone powder(appropriate amount).The formula has good wall sealing and inhibition performance,and its temperature resistance and pollution resistance meet the requirements.Applied to Well Lizhuang 23,the formula can prevent the formation leakage of Liujiagou formation,restrain the mudstone hydration collapse of Shiqianfeng-Shihezi formation,and effectively solve the problem of leakage collapse in Ningqing block.
