摘 要:有机-无机杂化钙钛矿材料具有优异的光电性能,但普遍存在长期稳定性不高的问题。提出一种化学掺杂增强其稳定性和发光性能的策略,并得到以下结论:有机铵掺杂可提高MAPbBr_(3)/金属有机框架(MOF)复合材料的荧光强度,掺杂丁胺氢溴酸盐(BABr)实现了颜色可调,发射波长覆盖529~397 nm(绿色-紫色)范围,掺杂1,10-癸二胺氢溴酸盐(DDADBr)不仅增强稳定性还大幅提升了发光性能,对复合材料颜色的调节更加精细;掺杂过渡金属(Co^(2+)、Ni^(2+)、Cu^(2+))后,MAPbBr_(3)/MOF复合材料的发光强度和稳定性也有所改善,但Cu^(2+)掺杂会显著影响复合材料的结晶性;掺杂少量的NH_(4)SCN、KSCN、Co(SCN)_(2)会提升MAPbBr_(3)/MOF复合材料的荧光强度;这为有机无机杂化钙钛矿/MOF复合材料性能优化提供了一定依据。The inherent defects of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite can impact its long-term stability.This paper proposes a strategy of chemical doping to enhance both stability and luminescence performance,yielding the following conclusions:the incorporation of organic ammonium improves the fluorescence intensity of MAPbBr_(3)/metal-organic frameworks(MOF)composites,while BABr doping enables tunable colors with emission wavelengths ranging from 529 to 397 nm(green to purple);the addition of DDADBr not only enhances stability but also significantly boosts luminescence performance,allowing for more precise color modulation of the composites;the doping of transition metals(Co^(2+),Ni^(2+),Cu^(2+))also contributes to the improvement of luminescence intensity and stability in MAPbBr_(3)/MOF composites,although Cu^(2+)doping notably affects the crystallinity of the composites;the incorporation of small amounts of NH 4SCN,KSCN,and Co(SCN)_(2) enhances the fluorescence intensity of MAPbBr_(3)/MOF composites.These findings provide a basis for optimizing the performance of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite/MOF composites.
