摘  要:芬顿氧化技术可高效处理水中难降解有机物,而碳基助催化材料能有效提升芬顿反应效率、降低成本,因而有利于该技术的推广。利用ZnCl_(2)使鸭血豆腐“液化”,并与不同质量的商用炭黑均匀混合、碳化,最终制备了一系列血源性生物炭-炭黑复合材料(DB-CB),实现了产量和性能的有机统一。研究结果表明,适当提高炭黑含量能够有效利用鸭血豆腐中的N源。DB-CB可以同时加快芬顿反应的两个主要过程,材料的催化活性顺序与其H_(2)O_(2)利用率顺序一致。同时,该材料具有良好的重复使用性能,具有较高的应用潜力。Fenton oxidation technology can efficiently degrade refractory organic pollutants in water,while carbon-based co-catalysts greatly improve the reaction efficiency and reduce the costs,which is conducive to the promotion of this technology.ZnCl_(2) Was first used to“liquefy”the duck blood tofu,and then it was mixed uniformly with different amount of commercial carbon black(CB)and carbonized.Finally,a series of blood-derived biochar and carbon black composites(DB-CB)were prepared,realizing the organic unity of yield and catalytic activity.The results show that appropriately increasing the dosage of CB can make better use of the N source in duck blood tofu.DB-CB can accelerate both processes of the Fenton reaction at the same time,and the catalytic activity order of the materials is consistent with their H_(2)O_(2) utilization efficiencies.At the same time,the recycling experiments show that the material has good reusability and high application potential.
