摘　　要：含胺基吸附剂只有在低pH值环境下对Cr(VI)才有好的吸附效果,故在使用时需调节进水的pH值,这极大地限制了其应用。以二乙烯三胺接枝的聚氯乙烯为基材、聚乙二醇(PEG-400)为致孔剂、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂配制溶液,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了微球型吸附剂,并采用0.5 mol/L盐酸对微球进行预处理,系统研究了预处理微球对Cr(VI)的吸附效果,结果表明:预处理微球不需调节溶液的pH值,亦能达到胺基吸附剂在pH=2.5时的吸附效果;预处理微球对Cr(VI)的吸附符合准二级动力学模型及Langmuir模型,采用0.5mol/L盐酸多次再生,对1 mg/L Cr(VI)的去除率仍接近100%。Adsorbents containing amine groups only have good adsorption effects on Cr(VI)in low pH environments,so it is necessary to adjust the pH value of the influent during use,which greatly limits their application.A solution was prepared using polyvinyl chloride grafted with diethylenetriamine as the substrate,polyethylene glycol(PEG-400)as the pore forming agent,and N,N-dimethylformamide as the solvent.A microsphere adsorbent was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method,and the microspheres were pretreated with 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid.The adsorption effect of the pretreated microspheres on Cr(VI)was systematically studied.The results showed that even without adjusting the pH value of the solution,the pretreated microspheres could achieve the adsorption effect of amine based adsorbents at pH 2.5.The adsorption of Cr(VI)by pre-treatment microspheres conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model.After five times regenerations of 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid,the removal rate of 1 mg/L Cr(VI)is still close to 100%.
