摘 要:随着全球经济的快速发展,锂电池的广泛应用,废旧锂电池的不当处理加剧能源短缺和环境污染问题,故采用化学沉淀法和反渗透膜技术联合深度处理废旧锂电池回收废水,以实现废旧锂电池的环保回收和资源再利用。结果表明,采用化学沉淀法处理,最佳温度为40℃,pH值为2,脱氯剂投加量为废水中氯离子质量的10倍,反应时间为80 min,氯离子去除率为88.95%;采用反渗透膜法处理,最佳操作压力为0.9 MPa,温度为25℃,pH值为6,氯离子去除率为91.12%,达到国家出水标准。并将反渗透膜富集的浓水进行锂离子的回收利用,成功制备出纯度为97.6%的碳酸锂,具有重要的经济和实用价值。With the rapid development of the global economy and the wide application of lithium batteries,the improper treatment of spent lithium batteries exacerbates the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,so the chemical precipitation method and reverse osmosis membrane technology are used to jointly treat spent lithium battery recycling wastewater in depth,in order to achieve environmentally friendly recycling of spent lithium batteries and reuse of resources.The results show that the chemical precipitation method,the optimal temperature is 40℃,pH value is 2,the dosage of dechlorinating agent is 10 times the mass of chlorine ions in the wastewater,the reaction time is 80 min,the chlorine ion removal rate is 88.95%;reverse osmosis membrane method,the optimal operating pressure is 0.9 MPa,the temperature is 25℃,the pH value is 6,the removal rate of chlorine ions is 91.12%,and it achieves the national water standard.And the concentrated water enriched by reverse osmosis membrane was recycled with lithium ions,and lithium carbonate with a purity of 97.6%was successfully prepared,which has important economic and practical value.
