摘 要:废润滑油再生是资源利用和环境保护的必然要求。废润滑油常规再生方法主要包括再净化、再精制和再加工,但在实际应用中,通常采用多种组合再生方法使废润滑油的再生效果达到最佳,且组合再生方法更加适应各企业的实际情况,因此是目前该领域的研究方向。对废润滑油组合再生方法及工艺技术的研究现状进行了介绍,总结了适用于不同污染程度废润滑油的再生方法,对比了不同再生方法的优缺点,并指出废润滑油再生的未来发展趋势。Regeneration of waste lubricating oil is an inevitable requirement for resource utilization and environmental protection.Conventional regeneration methods of waste lubricating oil mainly include repurification,rerefining and reprocessing,but in practical applications,a variety of combined regeneration methods are usually used to achieve the best regeneration effect of waste lubricating oil,and the combined regeneration methods will be more suitable for the actual situation of various enterprises,so it is also the current research direction in this field.The research status of waste lubricating oil combined regeneration methods and technologies was introduced,the regeneration methods suitable for different pollution levels of waste lubricating oil were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of different regeneration methods were compared,and the future development trend of waste lubricating oil regeneration was pointed out.
