致密化天然石墨在锂离子电池中的应用研究

摘  要:通过控制沥青加入量,对天然石墨进行不同程度的致密化处理,并将制得的致密化天然石墨与不同比例人造石墨进行复合,对得到的石墨材料进行物性表征,并制作成软包全电池,进行电化学性能测试。结果表明:天然石墨进行致密化处理后,颗粒内部孔隙显著减少,与LCO正极制得的全电池阻抗降低,倍率充放电性能及低温性能均有提高,循环性能提高,容量保持率由600次循环的79.1%提高到1000次循环的81%以上,循环膨胀率显著降低,且电池性能随致密化程度提高而提高。将致密化天然石墨与人造石墨复合,电池性能随人造石墨添加量增加而进一步提高。The densification treatment in different degrees of the natural graphite was conducted by controlling the addition amount of asphalt.The densified natural graphite was compounded with the artificial graphite at different ratios.The physical properties of the obtained graphite materials were characterized,and the obtained graphite materials were fabricated into the pouch full batteries for electrochemical performance tests.The results indicate that after the densification treatment of natural graphite,the pores within the particles significantly reduce,the impedance of the full battery fabricated with the LCO cathode decreases,the rate charge-discharge and low-temperature performances improve,the cycle performance increases,the capacity retention increases from 79.1%after 600 cycles to above 81%after 1000 cycles,the cycle expansion significantly reduces,and the battery performance improves with the increase of the densification degree.When the densified natural graphite is compounded with the artificial graphite,the battery performance further improves with the increase of the addition amount of artificial graphite.
