摘 要:为了改善相变材料(PCM)热管理系统中相变材料导热系数过低的缺陷,添加新型螺旋翅片来提高散热能力。采用Fluent数值模拟研究了螺距、厚度、宽度对翅片散热性能的影响。研究了接触面积、翅片体积相同时,螺旋翅片与纵向、横向翅片散热性能的差异,并对翅片进行优化。研究表明,螺旋翅片可以有效降低电池的工作温度,延长电池工作时间,翅片的螺距、宽度、厚度分别为25、4、2 mm时,电池能在3 C下工作8724 s,工作时间较单一PCM结构的电池延长了27%;螺旋翅片的散热能力优于纵向、横向翅片;优化后双矩形螺旋翅片在不影响工作时间的同时,使电池最高温度降低了0.26 K。In order to improve the thermal conductivity of phase change materials in PCM thermal management systems,a new type of spiral fin was added to enhance the heat dissipation performance.The Fluent numerical simulation was used to study the effects of the pitch,thickness,and width on the heat dissipation performance of fins.The differences in the heat dissipation performance between the spiral fins and longitudinal or transverse fins were studied when the contact area or fin volume was the same,and the fin structure was optimized.The results show that the spiral fins can effectively reduce the operating temperature of batteries and prolong the operating time.When the pitch,width and thickness of the fins are 25,4 and 2 mm,the battery can operate for 8724 s at 3 C,and the operating time is 27%longer than that of the battery with a single PCM structure.The heat dissipation of the spiral fins is better than that of the longitudinal and transverse fins.The optimized double rectangular spiral fins reduce the maximumtemperature of the battery by 0.26 K without affecting the operating time.
