脱锂富锂锰基用作锂一次电池正极材料的研究

摘  要:通过化学方法对富锂锰基(LrLO)材料进行了脱锂处理,使其具备荷电状态以作为锂一次电池的正极,研究了不同类型的酸对LrLO材料形貌结构以及性能的影响。研究发现,柠檬酸、过硫酸铵、草酸和甘氨酸可以部分脱出LrLO结构中的锂,柠檬酸会改变LrLO团聚的结构,形成层状结构和尖晶石结构;在不同酸浓度和温度条件下,柠檬酸处理后的LrLO的首次放电比容量最高可达310.4 mAh/g,容量主要出现在1.5~1.0 V电压区间。The lithium-rich manganese-based(LrLO)materials was delithiated by chemical method to make it have a state of charge to be used as the cathode of the lithium primary battery,and the effects of different types of acids on the morphology,structure and properties of the LrLO materials were studied.It’s found that the citric acid,ammonium persulfate,oxalic acid and glycine can partially exclude the lithium from the LrLO structure,and the citric acid can change the agglomeration structure of the LrLOs to produce a layered structure and spinel structure.The LrLOs have the maximum initial discharge specific capacity of 310.4 mAh/g under different citric acid concentrations and temperatures,mainly in the voltage range of 1.5-1.0 V.
