摘  要:LiFePO_(4)因具有高电位、热稳定好等优点被作为热电池潜在的候选阴极材料之一。通过微波水热法一步合成纳米片状LiFePO_(4),采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)、热重分析(TG)对其结构和形貌进行了表征分析。并通过镍金属骨架的使用提高其导电性,缺锂相Li_(0.6)FePO_(4)的构建提高了其放电比容量。电流密度为500 mA/cm^(2)时,N-LiFePO_(4)匹配LiCl-KCl熔盐电解质时,不但能够稳定保持2.0 V左右的初始放电电压,而且其放电比容量达294.93 mAh/g;电流密度为500 mA/cm^(2)时,缺锂相N-Li_(0.6)FePO_(4)匹配LiCl-KCl熔盐电解质的放电比容量为311.29 mAh/g。这项工作为LiFePO_(4)作为高比功率阴极材料应用于热电池体系提供了新的途径。LiFePO_(4)is considered as a potential cathode material for thermal batteries due to its anvantages of high potential and good thermal stability.The nano-sheet LiFePO_(4)was synthesized in a single step by using the microwave hydrothermal method,and its structure and morphology were characterized and analyzed by using XRD,SEM,XPS and TG.Furthermore,the of nickel metal skeleton was used to increase its conductivity,and the lithium-deficient phase Li_(0.6)FePO_(4)was constructed to increase its discharge specific capacity.When the current density is 500 mA/cm^(2),N-LiFePO_(4)paired with LiCl-KCl molten salt electrolyte not only maintains a stable initial discharge voltage of 2.0 V,but also achieves a discharge specific capacity of 294.93 mAh/g,and the discharge specific capacity of N-Li_(0.6)FePO_(4)paired with LiCl-KCl molten salt electrolyte is 311.29 mAh/g.The study provides a new pathway for the application of LiFePO_(4)as a high power density cathode material in thermal battery systems.
