摘 要:为验证表面喷丸处理工艺作为非满管电磁流量计最终正产制造工序的可行性,通过盐雾试验评估了喷丸处理试验样机外壳耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:喷丸处理后,试验样机表面形貌均匀,无不良缺陷。喷丸处理后,外壳材料发生塑性变形,表面粗糙度由(0.4±0.1)μm增加至(56.8±6.5)μm。盐雾试验显示喷丸处理后的试验样机960 h腐蚀后无明显锈蚀,满足产品外壳防护等级要求,喷丸处理技术可作未最终生产制造工序,替代常规涂漆工序。To verify the feasibility of shot peening as the final production process for electromagnetic flowmeter in partially filled pipes,the corrosion resistance of the shell of prototype was evaluated by using salt spray testing.Results showed that the surface morphology was uniform and non-defects after shot peening.Plastic deformation was introduced in the shell material after shot peening,and the surface roughness was changed from(0.4±0.1)μm to(56.8±6.5)μm.The salt spray test showed that after 960 h of corrosion,no obvious rust could be detected on the surface of prototype.It indicated that shot peening could meet the requirements of the product's shell protection level.Consequently,shot peening could be used as the final production and manufacturing process,replacing the conventional painting process.
