摘　　要：吐鲁番地区出土的随葬衣物疏是研究前秦到唐西州时期吐鲁番地区丧葬文化的重要资料,在随葬衣物疏结尾中常出现“如律令”“急急如律令”等用语,本篇重点讨论和研究“急急如律令”在吐鲁番地区随葬文书中的地位和作用、类似用语在不同时期和不同文本中的使用情况,并依据前人学者对随葬衣物疏的不同分期探讨其对随葬衣物疏中“急急如律令”的意义,以此更好地理解吐鲁番丧葬文化。The lists of burial clothing unearthed in the Turfan region are important materials for studying the burial culture of the Turfan region from the pre Qin to Tang Xizhou periods.Terms such as "as legal orders" and "urgent as legal and decrees" often appear at the end of the burial clothing lists.This article focuses on discussing and studying the status and role of "urgent as legal and decrees" in the burial documents of the Turfan region,the use of similar terms in different periods and texts,and exploring its significance for "urgent as legal and decrees" in the burial clothing lists based on the different stages of previous scholars,in order to better understand the Turfan burial culture.
