摘　　要：红旗渠精神彰显了中华民族的壮志豪情和锐意进取的时代精神,在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的征程中,需要不断发扬、传承红旗渠精神。红旗渠档案作为红旗渠精神的物质载体,在传播红旗渠精神过程中发挥了关键作用。文章从库克档案学“四个范式”的理论角度出发,分析当前红旗渠档案管理存在的问题与挑战,探索服务于红旗渠精神传播的红旗渠档案管理长效机制。The Hongqi Canal spirit highlights the Chinese nation's ambition and the enterprising spirit of the times,in the process of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to carry forward and inherit the Hongqi Canal spirit.As the material carrier of the Hongqi Canal spirit,the Hongqi Canal archives should play a key role in the process of spreading the spirit of the Hongqi Canal.From the theoretical point of view of the"four paradigms"of Cook's archives,the article analyzes the problems and challenges of the current management of the Hongqi Canal archives,and explores the longterm mechanism of the management of the Hongqi Canal archives that serves the dissemination of the spirit of the Hongqi Canal.
