摘　　要：重大自然灾害档案资源的有效整合能够为灾前的预防准备、灾中的紧急抢救、灾后的恢复重建工作提供决策支持,提高应对灾害的能力与效率。文章在深入分析重大自然灾害档案资源整合的多元价值的基础上,探讨了整合过程中可能遭遇的难点,并提出了构建灾害档案资源“点面结合”的整合模式、加强灾害档案管理机构的协同联动以及加大灾害档案资源整合服务平台建设力度等优化路径。Effective integration of archival resources of major natural disasters can provide support for emergency management and decisionmaking for predisaster prevention and preparation,disaster emergency rescue and postdisaster recovery and reconstruction,and improve the ability and efficiency of disaster response.On the basis of indepth analysis of the multifaceted value of the integration of archival resources of major natural disasters,this paper discusses the difficulties that may be encountered in the process of integration,and puts forward the construction of the integration mode of disaster archival resources"combining the points and planes",strengthening the synergy of the disaster archival management institutions,and increasing the efforts of the construction of disaster archival resources integration service platform.The optimization path is designed to provide strong support for improving the utilization efficiency and value of archival resources of major natural disasters.
