摘 要:为精确分析大跨钢管桁式拱肋在日照辐射下的不均匀温度场及其对合拢时机的影响,基于瞬态热分析理论,结合光线投影技术和消隐算法,建立了考虑日照辐射与阴影遮挡效应的拱肋不均匀温度场计算数值模型,分析了拱肋的纵、横向温度时变规律,并计算了夏、冬至日的拱肋不均匀温度系数,对比分析了不同时刻合拢时的拱肋温度效应。研究表明:日照辐射下桁式拱肋内温度存在明显的时空非线性,纵、横向最大温差分别可达10.6℃、32.1℃;但阴影遮挡可使拱肋下弦杆最高温度降低18%;在不均匀正、负温差作用下,拱肋挠度相较于均匀温差分别增加148 mm、-78 mm,应力极值分别增加155%、110%。In order to accurately analyze the uneven temperature field of long-span steel tube truss arch ribs under solar radiation and its impact on the closing timing,based on the transient thermal analysis theory and combined with light projection technology and blanking algorithm,a numerical model for calculating the uneven temperature field of arch ribs considering the effects of solar radiation and shadow shielding is established.The time-varying laws of the longitudinal and transverse temperatures of the arch ribs are analyzed,the uneven temperature coefficients of the arch ribs are calculated on the summer and winter solstice,and the temperature effects of the arch ribs when closed at different times are comparatively analyzed.This research shows that there is obvious spatiotemporal nonlinearity in the temperature within the truss arch ribs under solar radiation,and the maximum longitudinal and transverse temperature differences can reach 10.6℃ and 32.1℃ respectively;However,shadow shielding can reduce the maximum temperature of the lower chord of the arch ribs by 18%;Under the action of uneven positive and negative temperature differences,the arch rib deflection increased by 148 mm and-78 mm respectively compared with the uniform temperature difference,and the stress extreme values increased by 155%and 110%respectively.
