码头沉箱预制与接高施工技术研究及应用

摘  要:沉箱预制与驳运是重力式码头施工中的关键一环。以广东茂名某港区新建码头工程为例,针对重心过高导致的驳运与施工风险,结合现场实际开展了沉箱施工技术的优化,提出了降低沉箱预制高度、然后在施工现场进行现浇接高的方案,以最大程度降低驳运安全与施工风险。工程应用表明,采用本技术方案后,最大尺寸沉箱的重心由原来的11.31 m降低至9.17m,降幅高达18.9%,对降低沉箱施工风险起到了积极作用,破解了沉箱结构施工驳运安全等技术难题,表明了本优化技术方案的安全、适用与有效。相关技术可为同类型沉箱工程施工提供技术参考与借鉴。Caisson prefabrication and barge transport are the important steps in the construction of gravity dock.Based on a newly built dock project in Guangdong Maoming port,to reduce the risks of caisson barge transport and construction caused by a high center of gravity,the caisson construction technology was optimized on the basis of local conditions.A plan was proposed,which reduced the prefabrication height of caissons and then carried out the field cast-in-place connection of caissons in order to minimize the risks of caisson construction and barge transport.The application of the above technical solution decreased the gravity center of the largest caisson from 11.31 m to 9.17 m,with a decline of up to 18.9%,which played an important role in the reduction of construction risks,solved the technical difficulties in caisson construction and barge transport.The results verify the plan safe,effective,and applicable,which can serve as a reference for similar projects.
