摘 要:水泥搅拌桩是处理软弱地基土或者滨海软土的一种重要的方式。在对软弱土地基处理过程中,多采用临时填筑土料平台施工或采用水泥搅拌桩船舶进行施工,在一定程度上污染了周边环境亦或者船舶受水深限制。本文基于深圳机场三跑道扩建工程新建海堤水泥搅拌桩加固地基施工,在船舶进出受沿江高速通航孔限制情况下,采用了可移动式钢平台技术工艺,避免了污染水体也解决了船舶水深受限,船舶施工成桩质量差的问题。通过对该种可移动式钢平台的技术应用进行分析,对类似工程施工进行技术指导和安全保障提供了参考。Cement mixing pile is an important way to treat soft foundation soil or coastal soft soil.In the process of soft soil foundation treatment,temporary filling soil platform construction or cement mixing pile ship construction are often used,which has polluted the surrounding environment to a certain extent or the ship is limited by water depth.In this paper,based on the foundation strengthening construction of the new seawall cement mixing pile for the expansion project of the third runway of Shenzhen airport,under the condition that the access of ships is limited by the navigation holes along the river,the movable steel platform technology is adopted to avoid polluting the water body and solve the problems of limited water depth of ships and poor pile forming quality of ship construction.By analyzing the technical application of this kind of movable steel platform,which provides a reference for the technical guidance and safety guarantee of similar engineering construction.
