摘 要:以新疆蛭石为原料,经过清洗、膨胀、粉碎、改性获得改性蛭石粉,最后通过超声、离心获取0.5μm与10μm粒径的蛭石粉,将得到的蛭石粉做为硅源,磷酸为磷源,二乙胺为模板剂,拟薄水铝石为铝源,采用水热合成法来制备SAPO-34分子筛。研究显示,当蛭石粉尺寸在0.5μm左右更有利于SAPO-34分子筛的合成。通过XRD、TEM、FT-IR等证明成功合成了以蛭石为硅源的SAPO-34分子筛。通过对亚甲基蓝的吸附实验发现,以硅溶胶为硅源合成的分子筛去除率为67.58%,而以蛭石为硅源合成的分子筛去除率高达99.45%。Xinjiang vermiculite was used as the raw material,and modified vermiculite powder was obtained through cleaning,expansion,crushing and modification,and finally vermiculite powder with 0.5μm and 10μm particle size was obtained through ultrasonication and centrifugation,and the obtained vermiculite powder was made into silicon source,phosphoric acid was used as phosphorus source,diethylamine was used as templating agent,and anthophyllite-aluminum hydrothermal synthesis was used as the aluminum source to prepare the SAPO-34 molecular sieves.It was shown that the synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieves was more favorable when the size of vermiculite powder was around 0.5μm.SAPO-34 molecular sieves with vermiculite as silica source were successfully synthesized as evidenced by XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The adsorption experiments on methylene blue revealed that the removal rate of the molecular sieve synthesized with silica sol as the silica source was 67.58%,whereas the removal rate of the molecular sieve synthesized with vermiculite as the silica source was as high as 99.45%.
