摘 要:汽车涂装生产过程中,色差现象是不可避免的,这也是涂装生产过程中面临的最重要的问题。随着汽车销售行业达到饱和,人们对车辆油漆外观的要求也越来越高,这就需要在涂装过程中对色差要严格把控。色差虽不可避免,但可以通过对原材料、作业人员、施工工艺、环境因素等方面进行管控,从而降低涂装过程中色差的发生率。本文就国内某汽车生产线实际产生的色差问题进行了原因分析,并就解决方法进行了讨论。In the process of automobile painting production,chromatic aberration is inevitable,which is also the most important problem faced in the process of painting production.With the saturation of the automobile sales industry,people s requirements for the appearance of vehicle paint are becoming higher and higher,which requires strict control of chromatic aberration in the painting process.Although the chromatic aberration is inevitable,it can be controlled through raw materials,operators,construction technology,environmental factors,etc.,so as to reduce the incidence of color difference in the painting process.In this paper,the causes of chromatic aberration in a domestic automobile production line are analyzed,and the solutions are discussed.
