摘 要:以硼酸锌与云母粉为基体自制了玻璃粉,探讨了玻璃粉用量对陶瓷化聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着玻璃粉用量的增加,陶瓷化PVC复合材料的拉伸强度随之下降;硬度(邵氏D)变得更高;极限氧指数逐渐增加,综合分散性对材料的影响。添加60 phr自制玻璃粉,PVC复合材料综合性能较好,表面平整度和光滑度高。过多的用量会导致材料中的孔洞过多,使结构性能变差。在600℃烧蚀30 min后所形成的陶瓷体结构密实且强度高、自支撑能力强、内部孔洞少、瓷化作用明显。结果表明,陶瓷化PVC复合材料的成瓷性能与阻燃性能都随着自制玻璃粉用量的增加而变优,含量为60 phr时,综合性能较好。Glass powder was prepared by using zinc borate and mica powder as matrix.The influence of glass powder dosage on the properties of ceramic polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composite was studied.The results show that the tensile strength of the ceramic PVC composite decreases with the increase of glass powder content.The hardness(Shore D)becomes higher;The limiting oxygen index increases gradually,and the influence of dispersion on the material is synthesized.With the addition of 60 phr self-made glass powder,PVC composite has better comprehensive properties and high surface smoothness and smoothness.Too much will lead to too many holes in the material,making the structural performance worse.The ceramic body formed after ablation at 600℃for 30 minu has a dense structure,high strength,strong self-supporting ability,few internal holes and obvious ceramicization.The results show that the porcelain forming properties and flame retardant properties of the ceramic PVC composite are improved with the increase of the amount of homemade glass powder,and the comprehensive properties are better when the content is 60 phr.
