摘　　要：该项目对重庆九龙坡区某医药公司污染场地进行治理修复,修复内容为苯并[a]芘超标污染土壤约109 m^(3),砷超标污染土壤12800 m^(3)(包括含量超过20 mg/kg需进行治理修复的岩层约5975 m^(3))。对项目进行工艺比选,最终选定处置方式为异位,采用水泥窑协同处置技术对本项目的土壤进行处置。项目实施过程针对所产生的二次污染风险包括:废气、水、噪声、固体废弃物污染、土壤交叉污染等二次污染,分别采取防治措施。项目完成治理修复工作后,分别对项目场地污染范围、可能产生二次污染区域、项目冲洗后大石块、项目疑似污染土壤及清洁土壤堆体进行验收,保证红线范围内,所有区域达到治理修复目标,场地顺利移出重庆污染地块名录。The project was to treat and repair the polluted site of a pharmaceutical company in Jiulongpo District,Chongqing.The repair content was about 109 m^(3)of benzo[a]pyrene polluted soil and 12800 m^(3)of arsenic polluted soil(including about 5975 m^(3)of rock layers with content more than 20 mg/kg which needed to be treated and repaired).The project was compared with the process,and the final disposal method was ectopic.The soil of the project was disposed of by cement kiln collaborative disposal technology.The implementation process of the project aimed at the secondary pollution risks,including waste gas,water,noise,solid waste pollution,soil cross-pollution and other secondary pollution,and prevention and control measures were put forward,respectively.After the completion of the treatment and repair work,the pollution range of the project site,the area which may produce secondary pollution,the large rocks after the project was washed,the suspected contaminated soil and the clean soil heap of the project were inspected and accepted respectively,ensureing that all areas within the red line reached the treatment and repair objectives,and the site was smoothly removed from the list of contaminated land in Chongqing.
