摘 要:降膜蒸发器盘式液体分布器具有体积小、液体分布均匀等特点。基于某海水淡化蒸发器构建盘式液体分布器三维计算域,运用k-ωSST湍流模型分别对给定工况下液体分布器不同区域以及不同结构的盘式液体分布器进行数值模拟,分析其内流场速度、压力、温度分布特性以及分布器初始分布质量。结果表明:盘式液体分布器内的流动特性由于受到升汽管的阻碍,流体流动中存在绕流与流动不均匀现象。同时,适度增加出流孔孔径与孔间距会提高分布器初始分布质量,不同结构的分布器存在特定的工况参数范围使其初始分布质量达到最大。The disc-type liquid distributor of the falling film evaporator has the characteristics of small volume and uniform liquid distribution.A three-dimensional computational domain based on a certain seawater desalination evaporator for a disc-type liquid distributor was created.By using the k-ωSST turbulence model,numerical simulations were conducted on different regions and structures of a disc-type liquid distributor under given operating conditions.The velocity,pressure,and temperature distribution characteristics of the internal flow field,as well as the initial distribution mass of the distributor,were analyzed.The simulation results indicated that the flow characteristics inside the disc-type liquid distributor are hindered by the riser,and there are phenomena of flow around and uneven flow in the fluid flow.At the same time,moderately increasing the diameter and spacing of the outflow holes will improve the initial distribution quality of the distributor.Distributors with different structures have specific operating parameter ranges that maximize their initial distribution quality.
