摘 要:电解铝是铝生产最主要的方式之一,其生产过程中因多种因素会使电解槽停槽,从而导致停槽电压的产生,严重影响铝生产企业的经济效益。本文通过对降低500 kA电解槽停槽电压的实践探索,讨论各种可能降低停槽电压的技术方法。主要结论有,电解槽停槽后,降低槽电压是可行的,最高可降低63 mV;多种方式对比下,从槽上部短接法降低槽电压效果最显著,可降低39 mV;充分利用多余的软连接作为槽下短接装置可以大幅降低短接装置材料费用。通过本研究可以为同行操作大型铝电解槽降低停槽电压降提供实践参考。Electrolytic aluminum production is one of the primary methods for producing aluminum.During the production process,various factors can lead to the shutdown of electrolytic cells,resulting in the generation of shutdown voltages,which significantly affect the economic efficiency of aluminum production enterprises.The practical measures to reduce the shutdown voltage of 500 kA electrolytic cells were explored,and various technical methods that may reduce the shutdown voltage were discussed.The main conclusions were as follows:after the shutdown of electrolytic cells,it was feasible to reduce the cell voltage,with a maximum reduction of 63 mV achievable.Among various methods compared,the short-circuiting method from the upper part of the cell demonstrated the most significant effect,with a reduction of 39 mV achievable.Utilizing surplus soft connections as under-cell short-circuiting devices can greatly reduce the material costs of short-circuiting devices.This research provided practical references for peers to reduce voltage drop during the shutdown of large aluminum electrolysis cells.
