摘  要:本文介绍了流化床锅炉沼气掺烧系统的组成和运行流程,结合项目改造前后用能、产气量和沼气量的情况统计,计算分析了节能量、碳排放和经济效益。根据改造前后能耗分析统计,计算该企业年节能量为1639.49 tce;按照《企业温室气体排放核算与报告指南发电设施》进行碳排放的计算,该企业1 a减少的碳排放为4772.388 t;该企业年节约资金为168万元,投资回收期为11月。沼气掺烧系统给企业带来了很好的节能、环保和经济效益。This article introduces the composition and operation process of the biogas co-firing system of fluidized bed boilers.Based on the statistics of energy consumption,gas production,and biogas volume before and after the project renovation,energy savings,carbon emissions,and economic benefits are calculated and analyzed.According to the analysis and statistics of energy consumption before and after the renovation,the annual energy savings of the enterprise are calculated to be 1639.49 tce;According to the Guidelines for Accounting and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions for Enterprises-Power Generation Facilities,the carbon emissions reduced by the enterprise are 4772.388 tons in one year;The company saves 1.68 million yuan annually and has an investment payback period of November.The biogas co firing system has brought great energy conservation,environmental protection,and economic benefits to enterprises.
