摘 要:本研究针对化工厂尾气中的主要污染物,如硫化氢、氨气和苯乙烯,进行了除臭和净化技术的实验研究。采用了生物过滤、化学洗涤、吸附与催化燃烧等技术,并对不同尾气成分进行了处理效果的对比分析。结果表明,化学洗涤法对硫化氢具有较高的去除率,活性炭吸附法对氨气的净化效果良好,而催化燃烧技术在苯乙烯尾气处理中表现出极高的效率。通过实验数据分析,优化了各处理方法的工艺条件,提出了有效的尾气净化工艺。研究表明,不同技术的合理组合应用可以显著提高尾气除臭效果,并为化工厂尾气治理提供了可靠的技术支持。This study conducted experimental research on deodorization and purification technologies for the main pollutants in chemical plant exhaust,such as hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,and styrene.We adopted technologies such as biological filtration,chemical washing,adsorption,and catalytic combustion,and compared and analyzed the treatment effects of different exhaust gas components.The results showed that the chemical washing method had a high removal rate for hydrogen sulfide,the activated carbon adsorption method had a good purification effect on ammonia,and the catalytic combustion technology exhibited extremely high efficiency in the treatment of styrene tail gas.Through experimental data analysis,the process conditions of various treatment methods were optimized,and effective exhaust gas purification processes were proposed.Research has shown that the reasonable combination of different technologies can significantly improve the deodorization effect of exhaust gas and provide reliable technical support for the treatment of exhaust gas in chemical plants.
